NEW YORK — The husband of a late NYU physician is suing Disney after, he says, his spouse died from an allergic response.
According to the lawsuit, Dr. Kanokporn Tangsuan, 42, ate at Raglan Road restaurant in Disney Springs again in October. She advised the waiter she was extremely allergic to dairy and nuts, and the waiter assured the employees would put together allergen-free meals.
However, the swimsuit states that she died shortly after and had elevated ranges of dairy and nuts in her system.
The swimsuit seeks greater than $50,000 in damages beneath from each Raglan Road and Disney beneath Florida’s Wrongful Death Act.
